recently had to take my 2020 Hyundai Tucson to Diehl Hyundai because it needed a new motor. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Tony kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Thankfully, my warranty covered the motor, and I was honestly surprised at how quickly the whole process was completed—I had my car back in no time! When it came time for pickup, I wasn’t able to make it during regular hours, but another staff member went above and beyond to help me out on a Saturday. That extra effort made a big difference, and I truly appreciate it. Overall, the team at Diehl Hyundai made what could have been a stressful situation smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

My major complaint was the amount of time I spent at the dealership buying the car.I think the transaction shouldn't have taken more than 3.5 huors instead of the 5.5 hours it took me which is just my personal opinion.
