Very customer-focused. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The deal was straightforward and honest. So honest that finance sent me a check after the sale to refund a fee I guess I overpaid. I was impressed by that.

I seen a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe at diehl Hyundai in Sharon and found it was available. Car purchase was quick (hour half at most). The vehicle was well priced and a lot bigger than my trade in Elantra. Mr Hamm was professional and there was no pressure. It was my third vehicle bought there since 2012.

He’s super knowledgeable, works to get ya the best deal possible. My newest lease is the 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT, & it is amazing!! Ryan got me out of my old lease 5 months early!! Although was a little disappointed that Hyundai (no fault of dealership), changed the trim package for the SEL (previous lease), I lost some bells & whistles…but again no fault of the actual dealership, just a change within Hyundai! The whole experience is great!! From the sale of the car & Todd the paperwork was quick & efficient. The whole process took less than hour & 1/2 once the decision was made to go through with the purchase! Great job Diehl Hyundai of Sharon, Ryan, & Todd!! Thanks for another great experience!!

Quickest and easiest car buying experience of my life. My sales consultant, Drew Pearson, was outstanding. To top it off, Diehl volunteered to drive my new car home for me (about 50 miles one way) so i would not have to drive all the way back to take delivery on the vehicle.
